Innovative training of future teachers of vocational education is considered as an important component of their professional competence and a condition of achieving of the required quality of professional and educational result, which is an objective demand and perspective direction of professional pedagogical education. The personal and professional qualities reflecting innovation nature of the teacher of vocational education are marked out. Results of interviewing the students are presented for the purpose of defining the attitude to the problem of innovative self-development and innovative orientation of future profession. Pedagogical conditions determining innovative training, development and education of future teachers of vocational education are proved; the principles of establishing the innovative activity in vocational education are defined.
