| Annotation: | This paper examines the main factors of modernization of higher education; examines age psycho-physiological, personal and professional characteristics of high school students, is subject to the discussion of the specifics of students of technical colleges; substantiates pedagogical usefulness of the method of rapid testing in the training of students of technical colleges; defined organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for rapid testing; considered components of quality of higher education, as well as a comparative characterization methods for assessing the quality of knowledge. Conclusions about the possible directions of assessing the quality of training of students of technical colleges. |
