Annotation:

The article discusses the potential of modern educational technologies that help the student to actively build individual trajectory of training and professional self-determination at the university. Educational technologies that help students to develop a new attitude, fix the individual goals, identify the required educational tools, and help to develop the new educational reflection of their own activities in this context. It is proposed that the identified aspects of the ways of professional and personal growth discussed in the course «Modern educational technologies» can be an essential tool for students’ understanding of motivation of their own work, updating of the individual context, and the projective approach to the issue. The conclusions are made that educational technologies actualize development of particularly active personal position, which will help the bachelor to adequately respond to the challenges of our time, to be involved in the social and academic life, to self-define in the educational and professional activities.
