ACTUAL DIRECTIONS OF THE STATE INFLUENCE ON THE INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

The current state of the Russian economy and its functioning in the conditions of sanctions has greatly actualized the need for effective support of domestic agriculture. The effective mechanisms for the development of the agro-industrial industry include the investment and innovation activities, which effectiveness largely depends on public support. In order to improve the efficiency of the state influence on the investment and innovation activities of small business in the agricultural sector, the authors propose construction of an optimal credit system according to specific requirements. Depending on the conditions of development of the agricultural business entities, the most suitable model from the list of the ones developed by the authors is proposed.
