| Annotation: | The article examines the best foreign practice of improvement the tools of grant funding distribution. Based on the analysis, the authors provide assessment of the prospects of introduction of the proposed scheme in Russia. The ways of resolution of the issue of targeted development of the innovation activity: uniform understanding of the forms, methods, and tools of its stimulation; establishing of clear ratio between the concepts. The authors came to the conclusion that the positive impulse for the innovation development can be provided by the effective tools of stimulation of the innovation activity, for example, the innovation voucher. |
