APPLICATION OF SUCCESSFUL INTERNATIONAL PRACTICES IN THE STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRIALLY-DEVELOPED MEDIUM AND SINGLE-INDUSTRY CITIES

Further development of the medium industrially developed cities and the single-industry towns is connected with formation of development strategies based on the use of foreign and Russian experience; with definition of trends of future functioning of the city economy; with the use of achievements of green economy; with diversification of productions and the state support of small and medium business providing manufacturing of competitive production with the high share of intellectualization and redistribution. The use of clever technologies in management, infrastructure, and transportation for strategic planning of the cities is substantiated in the article; as well as establishing of new workplaces in the services sector of cloud technologies, and development of the new, ecologically updated, high-quality living environment.
