| Annotation: | The paper conducted a comprehensive assessment of the long-term attractiveness of the construction industry in the region by three criteria: level of profitability, competition and demand of the industry. Such assessment allowed developing a strategy for development of the construction complex of the Volgograd region, identifying the main goals and objectives of the developed strategy. In addition, the article describes the priority measures in accordance with their classification, the implementation of which will significantly enhance the attractiveness of the industry for the long-term period until 2025. |
