| Annotation: | The article analyzes methodical approaches to strategic planning of municipal entities development in comparison with the socalled classic approach. The authors distinguish limitations connected with the legislative regulation affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic planning. The authors propose changes in the methods of strategic planning aimed at coping with the limitations in question. Methodological approaches and stages of strategic planning at the level of territories are analyzed. The principles of strategic planning at the level of municipal entities and their implementation are researched. |
