| Annotation: | The article discusses various approaches to evaluating effectiveness of the contract system for procurement of goods, works, and services for state and municipal needs. The analysis of the problem of assessing efficiency of public procurement results in the authors’ proposal of a system of indicators to assess efficiency of individual state and municipal orders, as well as the entire system of state and municipal procurement. The proposed system of indicators allows assessing effectiveness of the contract system of procurement at all stages of its functioning: in the process of planning of public procurement, placement of orders, and execution of contracts. |
