| Annotation: | The present article is the analysis of interaction of the state and manufacturing enterprises with participation of higher educational institutions. Cooperation of higher educational institutions and enterprises is at the heart of the analysis. Allocations of the federal budget, expenditures by the cost items, and indicators of efficiency of the RF Decree are analyzed. Additional incentives and potential for innovative activity of industrial laboratories reducing expenses of the industrial companies and higher educational institutions when developing new technologies, new production in the conditions of continuous interaction of science and the industrial companies are revealed. |
