| Annotation: | There is a number of federal and regional programs of housing construction, which use allows stimulating growth of the construction volumes, as well as increasing amount revenues of the all levels of budgets, for resolution of the issue of providing population with housing and improving the quality of living conditions. The article analyzes dependence of putting into operation of the volumes of housing on the population revenues. Tax incomes of federal, regional and local budgets per the ruble of added value in construction are estimated. The directions contributing to the growth of investments into the housing construction are proposed. |
