SCOR MODEL AS A TOOL TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT OF RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES

The article substantiates the need to manage supply, production and sales at the enterprises within the supply chain. The role of SCOR model as the international cross-industry standard for supply chains management is examined. The potentials of development of the management system of Russian enterprises based on the tools of SCOR-model are investigated. The potential of the SCOR model in planning coordination of both external and internal business processes of the enterprise is studied. In accordance with the methodology of the process approach, the key business processes are identified, and the algorithm of their decomposition is analyzed for determination of important components, which characteristics should be considered when designing a supply chain.
