Annotation:

The paper studies the structure of the domestic market of ecommerce; the rating of online retailers that operate on the territory of Russia was determined; assessment of the level of consumers’ confidence in the online commerce was made. Objectives of the study consist in assessment of the state of the consumer goods and services market, both in the actual and virtual space. The elements of scientific novelty should include the use of the degree of the online retailers’ market concentration of Herfindahl-Hirschman index, as well as the development of the questionnaire for the survey of customers to determine their level of confidence in the Internet trade. The results of research can be used for development of the domestic market of e-commerce.
