| Annotation: | Article contains the analysis of legal institute of acts of civil status, a subject and method of its legal regulation. The author conducted complex research of legal institute of acts of civil status. On the basis of the carried-out analysis of basic provisions and the principles of civil law, the legislation on acts of civil status, the conclusion is drawn that the institute of acts of civil status is complex institute of civil law, shares on subinstitutes: subinstitute of acts of civil status, subinstitute of the state civil registration, subinstitute of modification, corrections in civil registration, their cancellation and restoration. |
