FEATURES OF THE STAFFING OF THE INSTITUTION OF MAGISTRACY

| Annotation: | The article devoted to the topical problem of increasing the role of the Institute of justices of the peace in the modern justice system, as evidenced by a significant number of cases, and cases received for consideration by the justices. The article analyses one of the elements of arrangement of activity of the justice of the peace having its distinctive features – staffing of the magistracy. Staffing includes the procedure of appointment (election) to the position of the judges of the peace, as well as the work on ensuring the human resources of the court staff for the judicial districts. The article substantiates the necessity of modernization of the personnel component of institute of providing justice of the peace. The problematic issues of the area under consideration are investigated, and the possible options of the solution are proposed. |
