ON THE PRINCIPLE OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS OF LAND LEGISLATION

| Annotation: | The article proves that the principle of legal responsibility for land offenses is one of the doctrinal derived principles of the land law requiring its own regulatory fixation in Article 1 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation. The land offense is understood by the author as the guilty, illegal, socially dangerous action or inaction performed by the individual or legal entity in the sphere of use or protection of lands, for which imposing of measures of administrative, criminal, civil or land-legal responsibility is provided. Existence of the last type of legal responsibility for land offenses demands support because the measures of the landlegal responsibility considerably differ from sanctions of the other types of legal responsibility. |
