Annotation:

The article states the urgency of the problem of professional adaptation of young teacher. The author presents the results of control experiment for implementation of the experimental program presenting the complex of actions contributing to overcoming the difficulties of professional adaptation of young teachers and increasing their qualification to the level, on which they would be able to model their own professional activity with regard to the requirements imposed by the innovation educational environment. The program includes diagnostic monitoring, the annual plan of work of administration and mentors with the newly arrived teachers, seminars-meetups on the modules, as well as the psychological trainings directed to assistance of successful social and psychological adaptation of young teachers.
