| Annotation: | The article examines the problem of the state regulation of formation of legal culture of students. The work presents serious analysis of the entire complex of regulating documents, in which the main goals and objectives are identified set by the state for various subjects of prevention of illegal behavior performing educational and training functions for formation of the civil responsibility, sense of justice, and legal culture. Besides, succession of formation of legal competences of students is traced starting from the primary general education and finishing with professional education. Additionally, the measures for standardization of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the area of formation of legal culture are proposed. |
