RATING OF THE ORGANIZATIONS OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION: REGIONAL EXPERIENCE

Annotation:

The article examines the issues of substantiation of the rating method as a mechanism for development of strategic directions of activities of the additional education institutions on the example of Belgorod region. The comparative analysis of the rating results over the past three years (2014–2016) is presented. The main criteria of rating, the use of performance indicators of activity of the additional education institutions for making managerial and organizational decisions are studied. The procedure of benchmarking as a process of defining and understanding the effective work of an institution is provided in order for improvement of their own work. The results of the study are recommended for use in the system of additional education of children.
