CONTENT OF THE HIGHER VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND FORMATION OF UNIFORM SPACES OF ITS PREPARATION IN RUSSIA

The article states the non-conformance of the multi-level higher education system existing in the RF to the Bologna Process and ISO 9000. The methodology of the general professional education program formation and the bachelor programs of any training course is proposed through the expert review of their content by the leading experts of Russian enterprises, which are interested in the graduates-bachelors. Presenting the content of a single bachelor program educational space in Russia, such program serves as the basis for creating effective long-term GEF. Being protected by such standards, the RF meets the requirements of the Bologna process and the principles of ISO 9000. The possibility of using the presented methodology for establishing the uniform educational space of professionals training at any level is provided.
