| Annotation: | The article examines factors of existence of the quality management systems; conclusion about exogenous of the quality management systems genesis is made based on the examination. A model of an open system of quality management was proposed. Mechanism of prediction of bifurcation points of the quality management systems was presented. The scheme of the long-term concept of continuous improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management systems by successive change of phases of tightening requirements and stabilization was developed. Transformation of the main components of traditional elements of the management systems in the conditions of informatization was described. |
