FORMATION AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURES OF DEKHANS` (FARMERS`) HOUSEHOLDS AS THE SUBJECT OF SMALL BUSINESS

The importance of small business in mobilization of natural resources and creation of condition for functioning of competitiveness of national economy is examined in the article. The necessity of reviewing of dekhan`s (farmers`) households alongside with small enterprises functioning in other branches as the subject of small business is substantiated. The author of the article analyzes dynamics of quantitative changes of dekhans` (farmers`) households and the volume of agricultural productions and the forecasts of their development and the volume of infrastructure services which are important for normal catering of their needs up to 2025, including service of managerial systems. In order to provide perspective dekhans` (farmers`) households establishment of a unified commodity-productions in the form of productivecommercial credit centers is proposed, as well as new plots and workshops for production and processing; searching for diversity off-trading channels; diversify manufactured products and establish cooperation with industrial enterprises.
