The article presents the research of the organizational mechanisms and tools allowing the most successful implementation of the company strategy. In order to implement the strategy, the company structures and configurations, control systems and culture as a result of interaction of national, organizational and individual culture, have to support the carried-out strategic selections. The object of the research is the strategic choice of production small business at the food market of the Tyumen region. The purpose consists in research of the organizational structures, systems and culture as key levers of successful implementation of the strategy, identification of gaps which overcoming will allow successful implementation of the strategic choice of the company under consideration. |
