| Annotation: | The article discusses the features of formation of human capital in higher education. The system of factors influencing formation of human capital of higher educational institutions in the process of its innovative development is presented. Additionally, the factors influencing the innovative activity of human capital are demonstrated. The characteristic of the system of higher education in Samara region is provided. The features of human capital formation in higher education are defined, in particular the difficulty of retaining the employees. If in the other sectors of economics the workers are largely assigned to a particular sector of the economy, in the higher education they can always go into the secondary education or in the sphere of real business. |
