| Annotation: | The article examines features of development of the adaptive dynamic control (supervision) system in the area of small and medium business. The analysis of results of introduction of the «supervising vacation» for small business is carried out. It is shown that during assessment of efficiency of control and supervising activity it is expedient to consider not only the risks of supervisory authorities, but also the risks of businessmen and consumers. The scheme of implementation of the risk-focused approach is proposed that contains feedback with public organizations of businessmen and consumers. The features of risks of businessmen and consumers arising in the course of control and supervising activity are studied. Definition of regulatory risk for businessmen is introduced. |
