REGIONAL INTERUNIVERSITY TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS AS A TOOL FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF IMPORT SUBSTITUTION

| Annotation: | One of the tools of the domestic economics adaption to the negative trends of the environment both at the national and regional levels is implementation of the policy of import substitution. One of the conditions for its effectiveness, as it is shown in the article, is their innovation-oriented nature. In this respect, establishing of the regional inter-university technological platforms is proposed as one of the tools of such policy implementation. The article presents a model of establishing of such platforms and methodology of selection of directions of their activities. The expediency of using the foresight methodologies in selecting directions of activity of the regional inter-university technology platforms is justified. |
