THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATION VOUCHERS IN THE VOLGOGRAD REGION

| Annotation: | The article substantiates the necessity of introduction of innovation vouchers in the Volgograd region. The author detects the organizations that could produce innovative vouchers, develops the scheme of innovation vouchers implementation through the Center for Engineering of the Volgograd region, determines the main parameters of the proposed scheme: terms of validity of innovation vouchers, the list of services, cost, conditions of co-financing, selection criteria of the applicants and providers of services, project evaluation criteria by the expert commission, and risk reduction measures. The author makes conclusion about the need to complement innovation vouchers with the other measures of broader innovation strategy. |
