Annotation: |
The article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of administrative responsibility for violation of requirements of labor protection, highlights the problems and prospects of improvement of the specified institution. Among others, several reasons of non-observance of health and safety requirements are examined: low level of awareness about the requirements in the area of occupational safety of many workers, as well as of employers; the imperfection of the regulatory-legal base in the area of labor protection; the lack of real economic incentives for employers to invest funds into establishing the safe working conditions for employees; unstable economic situation of the entities of economic activity, and others. |
