| Annotation: | The article is devoted to the study of the nature, legal nature, structure and procedure of concluding the contract of syndicated loans. Various theoretical approaches to the definition of the legal nature of contract of syndicated loan are examined and analyzed. Attribution of syndicated lending to the variety of the mixed type contract is justified. The absence of a single point of view on the issue of the components of the mixed0type contract of syndicated lending is identified. The groups of relations arising from the contract of syndicated loans are studied. The main parts of syndicated agreement as the mixed-type contract are stated based on the RF CC analysis, as well as on the court practice. |
