The article examines the number of issues relating the features of the system of legislation in the area of consumer market, dialectic combination of its internal unity and the features of its elements. On the basis of the analysis of scientific works in this area the assessment of the prospects of development is given and the problem areas connected with its enhancement are designated. The methodological basis of research consists in application of both general scientific tools and methods, and the special scientific methods developed in jurisprudence. It is established that the legislation in the area of consumer market represents complex cross-industry institute, within which the careful balance of the diverse public relations is required, as well as the strict coordination of the legal regulations. |
