Annotation:

The article is devoted to application of the interactive technologies at the university in the conditions of standardization and competence approach. The article contains an analysis of interactive technologies used at the university in the conditions of standardization and competence approach. The authors analyze the main features, essence and content of interactive teaching of students. The article presents an innovative experience in arranging the training of students at the university based on the technology of delegation authority in the context of creative self-organization of the individual. The authors have proved that delegation of authority ensures high level of students’ training based on self-organization and self-realization. The proposed training conditions optimize the process of preparing the future specialist.
