IMPLEMENTATION OF SYSTEMATIC APPROACH FOR SELECTION OF THE CONTENT OF PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR THE MASTER’S DEGREE

The article presents the results of the study of selection of the contents and production practice of students in the master’s program. The experience of implementing of different practices in the educational process of the University on the basis of the system approach is described. The value of technology “Immersion in professional-pedagogical activity by means of culture supported by the teacher” in the course of formation of professionally important skills and important personal qualities of students is demonstrated. The authors described the conditions of implementation of educational technology, namely, introduction to the problem, psycho-pedagogical support, and reflection.
