The article examines the issue of arrangement of student’s self-management at school with regard to the established motivation of students. Non-standard forms of stimulation of children’s activity connected with the economic and social-political aspects of implementation of the extra-school educational program are proposed. The role of the social partnership of educational institution, the possibility of using educational potential of the city in increasing effectiveness of the educational process of the general education school is revealed. A new effective model of interaction between subjects of educational activity is proposed: students, teachers, parents. The model is based on implementation of the large-scale long-term socio-economic project.
