Annotation: |
This article describes the various elements of the systems of management used in the banking sector. The issue of staff turnover as a result of the lack of competent and effective system of personnel development of the bank is examined. The modern method of staff development in the banking sector is presented on the example of the largest Russian banks — «Sberbank of Russia» PJSC. It is noted that Sberbank provides comprehensive training of employees of all categories, development of professional competence and career growth through modern methods of development, combining different formats with the active use of online educational technologies. |
