Annotation: |
In this paper we offer a methodology for assessing the efficiency of human resources management of the enterprise which includes a set of indicators reflecting the current situation in human resources; employees’ level of education, degree of satisfaction with wages and social guarantees; stability and available career opportunities. Offered standard control system with given parameters allows obtainment of value judgments by comparing the actual state of personnel potential of the enterprise with the reference state in the context of each indicator. The paper identifies the main objective results of efficiency assessment of the of human resources management at an enterprise. |
