FEATURES OF MODERN STAGE OF STATE REGULATION OF INTERNET SERVICES SPHERE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The subject of research is the sphere of state regulation of Internet services in the Russian Federation. Internet governance is considered from two points of view: technological and socio-economic. The paper identifies three main stakeholders groups of the Internet. As part of the study of the formation and development of the global Internet and international management system the paper analyzes the characteristics of the modern state regulation of Internet service industry in the Russian Federation, defines the prospects of its development, highlighted the most acute problems in the field of provision and use of Internet services in our country for the future elaboration of recommendations to address them.
