Annotation:

The article reveals the specificity of relations with the personnel of one of the giants of the world auto industry — the South Korean transnational company Hyundai Motor Company. This specificity is formed in the countries of presence in Southeast Asia (India, China, Korea), in Europe and Russia. The review of the best practices in the field of personnel recruitment and adaptation demonstrates the strategic nature of human resources management, the integration of recruitment and adaptation programs into the management system, the flexibility through collaboration, the high degree of commitment and comprehensive quality — the quality of cars, the quality of work and the quality of life of each person.
