| Annotation: | The paper examines the issues of strategic selection of the Russian agro-industrial complex enterprises in the conditions of the state policy of import substitution. It is shown that in order to implement the policy of import substitution and export capacity enhancement, it is necessary to develop strategic management systems at the agricultural sector enterprises. The paper covers the typologies of strategies, which can be used as the basis for strategic decision-making by agricultural and processing enterprises. The author gives recommendations on the development strategies for enterprises of the meat product sub-complex of the agro-industrial complex. |
