| Annotation: | The article analyzes the socio-legal nature of the law enforcement mechanism. The author considers law enforcement as one of the forms of realization of law, analyzes its various stages, emphasizes the special role of the form of realization of the right. The article draws attention to the fact that the study of problems of law enforcement in contemporary Russia, forms and methods of its implementation allows you to expand opportunities of law as for the process of formation of lawbound state, democratization of public life, stabilisation of political and socio-economic development of the country. The author comes to the conclusion that the strengthening of the legal foundations of the state depends not only on law-making, but also on efficient law enforcement. |
