| Annotation: | The main directions of formation of the legal policy in the sphere of private law are examined in the article. It is substantiated that the legal policy in modern society should be linked to the development of law and economy. But the evolutionary process of the law development has significant impact on the change of legislation. The author made a conclusion about sharp change in the nature of public relations in recent years. The main reason for the imperfection of the legislation is the lack of direct connection with the actual problems and real needs and tasks of the market economy, legal policy and practice. |
