| Annotation: | The article analyzes the provisions of the number of legislative and municipal legal acts of the Republic of Ireland concerning the legal status of meetings administrator of the local government authority. As a result of the study the institution of the meeting administrator, previously unknown institution of the Irish municipal law was identified. The article examines the features of the legal regulation of this institution, which aims at unifying the organization of the activity of the local government authorities of the Republic of Ireland. The conclusions of the authors can be useful from theoretical and practical point of view. |
