Annotation: |
This article analyzes the legal incentives and constraints on socially important markets, the main trends and directions of development of the regulatory framework of competition on the socially important markets. The conclusion is that given the high degree of state dominance and lack of development of competitive relations, it is necessary to provide the maximum possible stimulation of development of competition on the socially important markets, giving preference to qualitative rather than quantitative characteristics of the legal incentives. Legal restrictions of business activities on socially important markets must also be built towards boost the availability, security, efficiency, and quality of socially significant services. |
