| Annotation: | The article analyzes the role of the individual approach of the public-legal entities in regulating investment activities of the transport industry in the framework of special business regimes on the example of Kaliningrad region. The article concludes that Investment contract is a transport civil-law contract, which helps to coordinate the best investment conditions in transport between private investors and the SEZ Administration. The article discusses the problems of subjective content of investment contract, the content of legal relations arising from such contracts, and proposes to improve the law. |
