VIDEO RECORDING OF THE MEETING AS THE TOOL OF THE CORPORATION LEGAL SECURITY

The object of studies involves legal regulation of the use of video recording devices during the meetings of corporations and other civil-legal communities in cases when the meeting decision gives rise to civil-legal consequences. A feature of methodology of work was the interdisciplinary research in terms of determining possible use of advances in criminalistics in the field of regulation of corporate relations. The author proposes the introduction of mandatory video recording of the meeting, formulated the main requirements to the procedure and providing as an Annex to the minutes of the meeting. The conclusion about preventive function of video recording as forensic tools to legitimize the meeting decisions as a legal fact civil rights is proven.
