The article examines the issues of professional training of specialists in the area of individualization and tutorship at the Master’s program in Russia on the example of the program “Tutorship in education”. The article presents brief characteristic of changes that took place at the time that the program was realized taking into account the location (change of department and university). As usual you have to realize three aspects: educational, exploring, practice or getting a profession for such a program. To have really good quality level of individualization process it should pass through several stages from becoming an innovation place to have stable level of individualization in educational organization. These stages has influence on student choice place for getting internship. The communication between educational organization and university depends on this stage. Article describes several types of practice for students on master degree: antropopractice, practice for choice, summer practice, in university with students, experiment and last practice before getting diploma. Article is showing themes for tutorials between students and their teacher in university: ways of writing ‑ describing their experience, how to choose place for practice that he really need, making a goal, find connections between theory and practice, project and case of tutor support, tutor competencies, projects and opportunities after getting diploma. Article describes stages for practice: find and talk about thoughts for practice, make a goal, working, reflect and think about next step. |
