OPPORTUNITIES OF THE TUTOR SUPPORT OF THE PROJECT ACTIVITY IN PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF TEENAGERS

Annotation:

The article discusses some of the factors affecting the self‑determination capabilities of high school students. Among these factors, technologization and automation of production and life are highlighted. Changing living conditions place special demands on school leavers. Existing practices of vocational guidance do not meet the challenges of modernity and do not provide meaningful and informed self‑determination. In this regard, we have developed a fundamentally new course, based on the subject position of a teenager. To effectively implement this course, you must use a special type of pedagogical interaction ‑ tutor support. Such interaction involves the manifestation and development of the educational request of the child, as well as the navigation of resources for the implementation of the request and reflection. The presented course may be interesting to teachers and heads of educational organizations, since its implementation does not require the involvement of impressive resources and can be used as an auxiliary tool in the organization of vocational guidance activities during school and extracurricular activities. A description of typical difficulties and patterns arising from students in the process of project activities at different stages and possible ways to overcome them are given, as well as tutoring techniques in working with adolescents.
