The article examines the essence of entrepreneurship as one of the main conditions for development and implementation of the entrepreneurial abilities of a person. The basic conditions for the development of intra-enterprise entrepreneurship are highlighted: the entrepreneurial orientation of the enterprise, organizational and production capabilities, and resource capabilities of the enterprise. Based on this, the basic elements of entrepreneurship are proposed and the prerequisites for its development are highlighted: crisis at the enterprise, the need for additional resources, outdated, uncompetitive products, equipment and backward technology, the presence of unused resources, the presence of motivated specialists in the enterprise who are striving for self-expression and independence. A comparison of intracompany and individual entrepreneurship is also given. The authors proposed a model for the formation and development of intra-enterprise entrepreneurship, according to which the owner creates conditions for the introduction and implementation of innovative ideas, their commercialization by allocating capital in the form of intra-capital and creating organizational and technological conditions for its effective use. It is proved that the basic principle of inter-company relations is a contractual relationship concluded on a market basis. So the authors distinguish two levels of such relations — individual and collective. The individual level, which corresponds to the individual socialization, includes the social and labor relations of the employer (the owner of the company) with the employees, drawn up as contractual relations. The collective aspect of entrepreneurship is connected with the organizational and economic relations in the firm and corresponds to the supra-individual level of socialization. The authors argue that the intra-enterprise should bear joint social responsibility with the management of the company. The modern institute of entrepreneurship does not fulfill its social functions, shifting them to the parent company. |
