The article developed a mechanism for the formation of competitive advantages on the basis of key abilities of personnel, including a theoretical and practical basis, the relationship between which is ensured by means of a hierarchical model of abilities of the personnel of an enterprise. It is defined that formation and development of abilities of the personnel of the enterprises provides to the enterprise the competitive advantages connected with an individual approach to the personality, identification of key knowledge, abilities and abilities of the employee and their use. This leads to the fact that the competencies and abilities of each employee will be used in the field where they can bring the maximum benefit, and his work will be most effective. The developed mechanism will allow the staff of the enterprise on the basis of key abilities of its employees to improve knowledge, skills, experience, values and motives, behavioral patterns of employees, which will be aimed at achieving both individual and corporate goals. It is proposed to consider career growth as a formal process of career planning for the purpose of staff development, readiness for professional growth, reduction of staff turnover, promotion of personal potential, motivation of employees to form career development goals, raising awareness of managers about the presence of creative employees and / or to identify sustainable trends that open new prospects or threats in the field of personnel development. The attention is focused on the fact that the theoretical basis of the developed mechanism is its goal, objectives, object, subject-matter, and subject. The result of the formation of the theoretical basis of the mechanism of formation of competitive advantages based on the key abilities of the staff is a hierarchical model of the abilities of the personnel of the enterprise, considered through the prism of the directions of its implementation within the framework of the practical basis. The implementation of the mechanism allows achieving organizational goals in the field of HR-management, to ensure high standards of human resource development and ensure the formation of competitive advantages through the use of knowledge, talents and abilities of staff. |
