| Annotation: | The article proposes a method of reducing the impact of risk situations, which is based on the indicator of business security in the conditions of cooperation of enterprises; resource-information approach to reduce economic losses in the creation of joint ventures; rate of output of innovative products to the market, which reflects the potential of the enterprise in the effective use of various types of resources. The difference in the speed of bringing an innovative product to the market of a leading and catching-up enterprise makes it possible to determine the necessary amount of resources for an objective assessment of one’s own position in a competitive market and to reduce the probability of risk situation |
