Urgent issues of entrepreneurship protection against criminal offenses

In the article the author makes comparative analyses of the problem of the defense of the businessman (of so called «little and middle» business) of Volgograd and nine little towns of the Volgograd region. In conclusion the author gives the opinion of the scientists and the practitioners, who took part in the interregional conference «Human rights and the problems of the defense of the society and person in modern Russia».
